We decided to visit Steven's old stomping grounds in Claremont, California, which is located just outside of LA. I got to see where he grew up and the schools he attended before the big move to Corvallis, Oregon in 9th grade. We stayed at the LA temple during our trip. Here are some of the highlights....

It was so much fun seeing the place where Steven grew up and hearing so many funny stories like Andy hitting the wall with his bike in the parking lot just down from their house and Andy hitting Steven for the first time on the play ground at school and how they were both shocked that Andy got that mad. I can see why Steven says he was spoiled. You have great weather like 90% of the time, coupled with a wonderful neighborhood, schools with in walking distance and loving, caring parents that give you pretty much anything you want makes for a pretty fantastic childhood. We took tons of video so Mom and Dad we'll have a movie night when you come and visit in April. YAY!Here's some shots from the beach. We went to Huntington.
